Resolution #22-059 – Authorizing Appropriation Transfer

WHEREAS, the Local Budget Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1, et seq.) permits the transfer of funds between appropriations during the last two months of the current budget year; and,
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has determined that certain 2022 appropriations of the Deal Lake Commission require additional funds while other appropriations have an available balance not needed for its original purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Deal Lake Commission that the following appropriations transfers as listed below be and the same are hereby approved:
