1. Flood Hazard Risk Reduction Resiliency Grant Program – Update – Report of two successful meetings held with the DEP in August
2. Beach Replenishment – Flume Electrification funded by ACoE. Ocean Township offered to handle RFP and management along with DLC
3. Sunset Avenue Bridge Replacement – Update – Monmouth University team ran sonar scan around and under the bridge; no major issues found; awaiting photos
4. Bridge 11 (Interlaken to Loch Arbour) – Update – Monmouth University also tried to do sonar here, could not get under the sewer pipe; saw many issues;
awaiting photos
5. Watershed Ambassador Report –
6. 319(h) Grant – Update
7. Railroad Letter – Update
8. Dave Dorfman – Wash out concerns in his backyard from Hollow Brook on Bimbler Boulevard now being addressed by County; DLC connected the players
9. Organic Material Removal – Plans still being worked out with Ocean Township for all water bodies west of Wickapecko Drive
10. MTD Clean-Outs – Request list of devices within the watershed from all towns and listing as to when last cleaned
11. Deal Lake Master Plan – Re-write planned for end of year (will change based on results of DEP grant requests)
12. Deal Lake Commission Meetings for September and October to be held in Loch Arbour
13. Geese and Weed Issues
