Resolution #22-055 – Authorizing the Deal Lake Commission to enter into a Cooperative Service Agreement with USDA for Goose Remediation

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Deal Lake Commission that it hereby authorizes an Agreement between the Deal Lake Commission and the USDA to manage the goose egg addling for the 2023 season at a cost not to exceed $3,991.00; And
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each municipality will be billed separately for the goose remediation service.

WHEREAS, the 2023 Deal Lake Commission Meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every month, with the exception of November; and
WHEREAS, the 2023 Deal Lake Commission Meeting Schedule will become final after the 2023 Re-Organization Meeting of the Deal Lake Commission.
