Resolution #21-065 – Authorizing Appropriation Transfer

WHEREAS, the Local Budget Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1, et seq.) permits the transfer of funds between appropriations reserves during the first three months of the succeeding budget year; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has determined that certain 2021 appropriations of the Deal Lake Commission require additional funds while other appropriations have an available balance not needed for its original purposes.
